How the Enneagram Personality Profiling System can help?
The Enneagram, a psychological based tool and structured approach in understanding 9 different views of our experiences can help you understand yourself better and break free from self-limiting patterns. By showing you who you think you are, it can reveal who you truly are and help you grow into an expanded version of yourself. The Enneagram is a powerful and dynamic personality system that describe nine distinct and fundamentally different patterns of thinking, feeling and behaviours. This tool enables individuals to understand their own and others’ motivations and behavior patterns, and to communicate, connect and work more effectively with one another. The word “ennea” is Greek for nine and “gram” means model or figure. Hence, the Enneagram is a diagram with nine points representing the nine personality patterns. Each of these nine patterns is based on an explicit set of perceptual filters that determine our worldview. Underneath each of the nine patterns is a basic proposition or belief about what you need in life for survival and satisfaction. We spent the most amount of time with ourselves, yet very few of us truly understand who we are and how to build relationship with ourselves. For us to thrive in life, it is imperative that we take a deeper look at some of our unconscious habits and how we relate to others. You will never look at each other the same way after this workshop.

In particular, how our unconscious habitual pattern of thinking, feeling and behaviors are conditioned by our relationships with our care-givers. He has witnessed how the internalization and application of the Enneagram system and mindfulness practice has helped people to make sense, accept, let go of past conditioning and embrace a better version of themselves.
